We completed a full gut renovation of our 3 story detached home. The scope of work included: – full gut (including all flooring, all baseboards, all trim, all doors, 4 bathrooms, kitchen) – installation of new floors throughout (inc baseboards and trim), new doors, 4 new bathrooms, added fireplace, reconfigured the stairs, bulkhead updates, new external window and rear patio doors Patricio and his team remained on time and were extremely dedicated to helping us build our dream home. He was thoughtful took pride in the work. He helped us rework a job when we picked the wrong grout colour and took the initiative of moving our basement toilet a few inches to centre it in our bathroom space – which illustrated how much he cared about the project as well. With a few shipment and supplier delays he brought his team back after we moved in to help finish off a few pieces to complete the job. This is the second time we’ve used Patricio and team (the first was a basement renovation in 2017). We fully trust Patricio and won’t hesitate to work with him and his team again!!

Patricio and his crew were incredibly efficient and did great work. Patricio helped problem solve when issues arose, was flexible with plans and had great design suggestions. The crew worked very hard, coming early in the morning and staying until late in the evening during the week and coming in as needed on weekends to keep things moving. The overall quality of our basement renovation is excellent and the project was completed on time — highly recommend.

We were so pleased with our kitchen and bathroom renovation by Patricio and his team! Everything was done on time, even when an unanticipated issue was uncovered in our bathroom floor (which we are relieved is now dealt with). Patricio and team were very professional. Hands-down, one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with! Patricio and team recently renovated our kitchen, installed new hardwood flooring on the main level, and replaced an existing door with a window on the side of the house. We couldn’t be happier with the results. I particularly loved his attention to detail, and appreciation for design. Rather than go with the easiest solution, Patricio always made sure it looked great and functioned properly; even if it meant spending a bit more time on something that wasn’t initially in scope. So, for example, Patricio pointed out that the existing hole for the vent hood was slightly off centre. Rather than just installing it this way, he spent the time to ensure that the vent would align with the cooktop. Another example was during the installation of the new flooring, Patricio made sure the tiling around the fireplace was flush and finished properly….and the list goes on. It’s this kind of detail that makes a good renovation, a great renovation. My husband and I are super picky about little details and we really appreciated the teams level of craftsmanship and high standards. They also were super tidy and cleaned up thoroughly every day. Totally recommend Patricio & team. We’ll definitely be calling him for our next renovation!
